So similar by chance or…?

26th February 2007, Take That release Shine:

30th November 2009, Lily Allen releases Who’d have known:

Probably I’m wrong, probably it’s just all a mistake, but… don’t they sound quite similar, especially the chorus?!
According to the news at the time of the release it seems that Ms Allen really used a sampling from Take That’s Shine, nonetheless… it’s still pretty upsetting.
